Terms of service

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your workspaces, including actions by people you invite.

You keep ownership of everything you upload and make. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run the service for you, including sending it to the providers needed for features you use (for example AI generation or YouTube publishing).

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, for checking AI-generated output before publishing it, and for following the rules of the platforms you publish to, including made-for-kids and altered or synthetic content declarations.

Do not use the studio to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• impersonate real people or create misleading content about them;
• make content that sexualises minors, harasses, or promotes violence or hatred;
• disrespect religious scripture or figures, or misrepresent sacred text;
• spam, overload or attack the service, or get around plan limits or security.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that do.

Features that use YouTube are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. AI, stock and payment providers have their own terms. When you add your own API key, you pay that provider directly and follow their terms.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled and are billed in advance through Stripe. You can change or cancel in Billing; cancelling stops future charges and keeps your plan until the end of the paid period. Plan limits are shown in Billing. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

We work to keep the studio running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate. We may change features; we will give notice of significant changes to these terms.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or channel revenue. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Download anything you want to keep before closing your account.
